Our Shipping Policy ensures your handmade supplies arrive worldwide in 5-15 days. This shipping policy covers all delivery timelines, tracking procedures, and address requirements. Under our shipping policy, customers enjoy customs-prepaid air freight with 1-day order processing.
Processing Time
• All orders ship within 1 business day (Mon-Fri)
• Weekend orders placed after 12:00 PM PST Friday ship Monday
Global Shipping Timeline
We use certified air carriers for worldwide delivery:

Note: Actual delivery depends on:

Address Requirements
We require:

Important:
→ $15 redelivery fee if package returns due to address errors
→ 2-hour grace period for address changes via support@diycrafted.com
